Office Policy: We require a credit card on file to secure your booking, in accordance with our reservation and cancellation policy. Your card will only be charged at the time of your appointment. We also accept cash, e-transfer, and credit card payments.
As this time is reserved specifically for you and your needs, please call or email any changes no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid the full fee for late cancellation/no-show.

Do you have unresolved trauma from your childhood? The painful memories take up more time in your thoughts than you’d like. It makes you feel worse, but you just can’t help it. Your thoughts just go there. That’s a lot of hurt to carry.
It feels like you don’t have control over those thoughts and feelings, but there are ways to gain control of them, and change the way you feel.
As a survivor of childhood abuse, I understand how it can be so consuming, stressful and exhausting.
As a psychotherapist, I know there are ways to work through those painful experiences. You can learn ways to heal and move past those unsetting thoughts and painful feelings.
